During this period, you are encouraged to view premium payment receipts via our MyMCIS Life Customer Portal or contact us at collection@mcis.my or customerservice@mcis.my with the subject ‘Confirmation of Payment E-Receipt’ and provide us with the following important information:
1. Copy of payment slip
2. Payment amount and date
