We are MCIS Insurance Berhad (MCIS Life), a life insurer committed to lending you a helping hand at all times. Our foundation dates back to 1954, and over the years we have grown from strength to strength. We have been a member of the Sanlam Group since June 2014. Our brand name of MCIS Life debuted on 1st October 2019, as part of a rebranding initiative.

At the centre of our business, is our objective to help protect you, so that you can do the same for your loved ones. We are a bridge connecting people, encouraging mutual assistance through all that we do. We have a strong heritage of influential values that help us serve confidently and humbly. We are regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia and licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013.

Our Brand Promise & Logo

We stay close to the essence of life insurance, which is all about helping one to help others. This led to the birth of our brand promise, People Helping People (also #PeopleHelpingPeople). Our logo representation provides a deeper insight into what we stand for as an organisation. Our association with the Sanlam Group’s century-old wisdom and brand credibility is symbolised through our primary logo colours, purple and blue.
