1. This ‘Insurance Charge Rebate’ Campaign (“Campaign”) is oganized by MCIS Life and will run from 1st November 2023 to 31st December 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2. By virtue of an entry to the Campaign, the customer signifies their absolute and unconditional acceptance and agreement to all the terms & conditions stipulated herein. 
3. Customers who fulfil the following requirements will be entitled to a 1-month rebate of their Insurance Charge (“Eligible Customers”):
   1. Sign up for M-Fortune Link with yearly premium payment frequency during the Campaign Period and meet underwriting requirements of MCIS Life no later than 31st December 2023; 
   2. Must select e-Policy as mode of deliverance instead of hardcopy of the Policy;                           
   3. Register and log in to myMCIS Life Customer Portal at www.mcis.my/cssp; 
   4. The Policy must be continuously in force for twelve (12) months from the Commencement Date; and 
   5. No partial withdrawals of Account Value during the twelve (12) months from the Commencement Date. This applies to the initial basic premium when the Policy is purchased. Any Account Value from the subsequrnt change to the premium made in the first year can be withdrawn.
4. Each Eligible Customer is only entitled to one (1) month Insurance Charge rebate for each Life Assured and will not be entitled to other MCIS Life customer rewards from other campaign(s) that are running concurrently with this Campaign, if any.
5. The Insurance Charge rebate will be credited into the Account Value of Eligible Customers within 90 days after the policy has been in force for 12 consecutive months.  
6. MCIS Life reserves the right to substitute or replace the Insurance Charge rebate with another reward of similar value at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
7. MCIS Life reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel, terminate, or suspend this Campaign at any time during the  campaign period without prior notice.
8. MCIS Life's decision on any and/or all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
9. The terms and conditions of this Campaign shall be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
10. MCIS Life, its affiliates, employees, representatives, distributors, and dealers shall not be held liable for any losses or damages whatsoever suffered or sustained directly or indirectly by the customers as a result of their participation in this Campaign or with any of the insurance charge rebate offered or forfeited.
